Club Officers Email Addresses access

I am with Daybreak Toastmasters Club # 2228. All of the officers in the club have a separate email address. I have been appointed as the VPMembership officer and I need to know how to access the email vpm@daybreaktoastmasters.org in order to send messages to guests or other new club members. Currently, it allows for any member to send messages to that email but how do I login to read messages in that email address? All the other officers have the same issue.

Also, if someone goes to our website to ask about visiting or membership, the email goes to the club's President and then she forwards the email to my personal email address. How can we change that so that those emails come directly to me?

Your site admin needs to change the email forwarding for vpm@daybreaktoastmasters.org to your personal email.

FTH does not host and email, we just forward email.
