Cannot delete last Admin's name

For the benefit of any lurkers... here is some more food for thought...

Here are 4 emails that I have sent in succession from the server address (server@toastmastersclubs.org) to my Gmail account but I have varied the display name for the server address a bit. Note that the first email sent had a made up display name of 12345:

Now here is what you see in the inbox (or the trash folder in my case... does not matter):


Note that the display name you see is the first one, not the most recent one. I think it should be the most recent display name, and I consider this a design flaw in Gmail.

If you think this is small thing, consider that people do change their names while keeping the same email address.

I have been trying to figure out a creative way for FTH to force Gmail to use the most recent display names... so far, no luck.
