Timezone Error

I just changed the admin on our site ( 4659373.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) to me, and now it comes up with this message:

The timezone 'Etc/GMT-6' could not be loaded, or is an invalid name.

I checked the forum for help. I've changed the TZ on my computer to not set by my location. I have also cleared my browser cache. Neither process seemed to help.

Prior to the admin change, the site would come up.

We're in Houston, Tx. I did discover that this is working on Safari and not on Firefox.

It's happening when I try to log in as Admin with the password FTH just sent me. Then it seems to be broken.
