If she is at work she may not be able to use her work computer, as her to try from home.

She has tried at home and on campus, where there isn't any block. She is using MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.4, and the most recent version of Chrome version 66.0.3359.117

She is also getting an message that says, "Your connection to the site is not fully secure."

Emily,

There is not much else I can add beyond what Brian has already asked you to check.

If you are able to log in and take roles yourself on your website, then you know there is nothing wrong w/ the website.

It is more likely that your member has a computer issue or that she is not following the correct process to login and take a role.

Your member may also not have their browser settings set up correctly to allow the system to set cookies, which would cause her to get logged out. See the following: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Is it possible that the member is trying to sign up for a role on a past agenda? Unassigned roles on historical agendas display "Agenda Locked To Members" This means that members are locked from taking on roles on the agenda. Only an agenda editor can edit the assignments on historical agendas. Members can only take on unassigned roles in future agendas.

I use MAC High Seria and Chrome and have no issues. It is either something with her setup or what she is doing.
She would need to describe exactly step by step what she is doing and tell us the results after each step.
