Agenda Unable to Email

For some unknown reason, I've attempted to send the agenda out yesterday and again today to no avail. Is there an issue with our server?

1) we always need your club number !!!
2) what error are you receiving?
3) Are you logged in as a member or as the site admin?

No error & it indicates that they were sent but no reception.
I logged in and sent from both site admin & president.

I see you only sent it to yourself from both places.

Your email spam service is blocking email from our server, you need to talk to them. You probably need to add agenda@toastmastersclubs.org and server@toastmastersclubs.org to your safe list

I've white listed both and it is still blocking me. Just me. My service provider says that Toastmasters.org's email provider is Outlook. Which doesn't sound right to me. Nevertheless, I continue to be blocked, just after this move from Corporate.

We are not blocking you. Use a non work email. We have no control over your mx.spamexperts.com
