Admin Login after Member Login

On two different sites, NoviToastmasters.com (3733) and TDAFToastmasters.club (4237633), I have noticed that after I log in as a member, for a brief time (1/2 second) the Admin Login screen shows up then goes away. I have tested this on FireFox and Chrome with clean sessions.

Not a big deal as it does not stay on the screen, but is a little confusing. Once I hit an extra Enter and the site sent me and admin password reset (Yes, I am the admin also.) which I ignored.

Are you logging out of your Admin Console when you are finished?
What were you doing just before the Admin Console appeared?

No, I am not logged in as Admin.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Chrome.
2) Clear ALL browsing history
3) Close Chrome
4) Reopen Chrome
5) Go to NoviToastmasters.com
6) Click on Member Login
7) Enter "Stan"
8 ) Wait for the dropdown to populate.
9) Press Enter
10) Enter Password and press Enter
In the attached PNG, you can see the Admin login overlaying the Member login.

Thanks. I will take a look tonight. I am in the process of changing out the types of buttons used, and I may have missed something.

Yes I was able to reproduce.

The key is using the enter both times.
If you use the tab and the click it will not happen.
