Our club photo gallery

We set up a page for a club photo gallery shortly after starting our FTH website. The purpose is to celebrate member's achievements, posting pictures of members receiving awards.

I kept on top of it until about a year ago. I went in to update it today, and it isn't working properly. It is a mess, so I have hidden it from public view until I can straighten it out.

It is the spacing that is the problem. I put a picture in and place comments next to the picture. I add empty paragraph spaces before placing a new picture and comments--doing it the way I've done it in the past. I save, and it is all jumbled--the empty paragraph spaces aren't there making all the pictures and comments all mixed up.

You are right it is messed up.

1) if you have a backup from before you made your change i suggest you restore it.

2) if you do not have a backup i suggest you rebuild the page using tables and not paragraphs.

Using a table, do you suggest I put the pictures in one column and the description/text in the other? If so, which column would you recommend be first?

I've never made a backup of any page. How do I do that?
