Unable to Reorder Items in Agenda Templates

Greetings,

I set up an agenda template, saved it, then realized i had left off a meeting role. I went back and added the meeting role, saved the template, then dragged and dropped it from the bottom of the agenda to the actual spot in the agenda where i wanted it. I saved it again and when it refreshed, it was back at the bottom of the agenda. I tried again, and tried using the new repositioning arrows, but the same thing happened. I tried a couple of my other clubs' websites to see if the same thing was happening and it was. I tried switching items on an actual agenda and had no problems; it seems to be only the template that has an issue.

Please let me know if this is designed this way or a glitch.

I am having the same issue. I created a template last week. Got feedback from members. Now I cannot re-order the roles. When I go to add a role, it just pops up in the middle of the agenda. I cannot drag or use the arrows to move anything. I am with Peterson Toastmaster. The agenda in question is Peterson TM 2 Speaker (v1)

I will have the programmer check it out.

This should be fixed now. Renumbered roles will be reflected properly after you save in the agenda / templates editors. (The renumbering was not getting saved on the server before... an oversight.)

Just go back in and re-save any existing agendas that are out of whack to force the numbering to get updated on the server.
