I was able to login as the admin and remove the Toastmaster and re-add the Toastmaster no errors.

What browser and version are you using?

Ok, are you comfortable using the browser Developer Console?

There are a couple of things to look at there that would help.
Need to see on console tab the error listing.
Need to see on the network tab the response back from the server. Find the line in red, double click on it to see the server response. Perhaps it is a MySQL error that is specific to your content.
