Franklin 524 club was working on creating agendas by using the + sign as in the past and selecting a template and future date from the calendar, however the agenda didn't populate with the template and upcoming agendas were deleted. Any assistance would be appreciated. The dates of the agendas were the next in line, the last agenda was 08/02 and when we tried to create 08/09 it deleted an agenda and created one for 08/09, but not from the selected template. Each time we tried another agenda was deleted.

It is hard to understand from what you are describing what steps you specifically took. Also, which template?

Typically, you would press the + sign, select a date, select a template, confirm that the time should be the same as the template, and then click the Save button and close the dialog. Is that what you did? If you try to create more than one agenda without saving and closing the dialog, all that will happen is that you will change the date of the agenda you created. You must close the dialog and click the + button each time for each agenda to be created.

I am having the same issue! our outgoing VPEd made agendas for July 2 and 9, and about a week ago, I made agendas for July 16,23, and 30. When I tried to add some for august, using the 7/2 agenda as the template, I got a blank, agenda and the 7/2 agenda was deleted.-gone-vanished ... Now, all I see for July are 7/16 and 7/23, and they are both empty - no formatting, no roles; only the box for meeting notes. For me this problem started Monday 6/25. I have screenshots - is there a way to send them?
I am following the same steps as the Franklin club, and as you outlined.

You need to describe exactly what steps you are using when creating new agendas.

You are missing at least one step.

Steps I take to create a new agenda:
1. click the plus sign
2. select meeting date (ex. July 23)
3. select a previous agenda to copy (ex. May 25)
4. Click "save"
5. click "close."

Then, when I use the dropdown to select the new July 23 agenda, it is blank, as in the screen shot I submitted, AND the May 25 agenda I copied is gone. See new screen shots.

I select the agenda from the template list - below the canned templates is a list of our meeting dates. I choose one of them, and I do acknowledge the time adjustment prompt.
