Hey Guys, ours is a small club and we many time assign roles to the guests too. However, some reason they are not visible in Agenda member dropdown. Is there a way around? Can this feature be added too.

If you ever want help or assistance with your website, you need to enter your club number and name... See my signature as well as others... Also, please read the documents on this site, which will help you a lot with your questions. Guests cannot be added to agenda. You can add the name guest and sign a guest up under that name.

Only members can be added to the Agenda.

Some clubs define a member called Guest to assign roles to non members
