Use of FTH officer email address rejected

I've tried several different time to send an email out using the FTH officer email addresses from our club web site, only to keep getting an error message on (it seems to be) one of the addresses. The error message is:

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to the following e-mail address(es) from sguenthe@gmail.com:
vped-1293730@toastmastersclubs.org

Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

This doesn’t make sense. I’ve use them before. I’m including two images (the original email and the reply).

So... is there a problem or have I somehow done something wrong?

Oh... forgot to add... I did get he CC email, and I'm assuming our club President did as well.

Your club email address is only a forwarder it is not an active email account.
You cannot sent email From: vped-1293730@toastmastersclubs.org
You can only receive email To: vped-1293730@toastmastersclubs.org

Thank you for the quick reply Brian, but I still don't understand. If you look at the first image I sent, you'll see that the VPed email address is in the TO box and not the FROM box, and that the FROM box is indicating my own personal email account (sguenthe@gmail.com) and NOT vped-1293730@toastmastersclubs.org (and I'm not trying to receive from that address). I don't understand how you see anything different. I've used this kind of addressing many times before with no problems.

what happens when you just sent to the vp-ed?
