Header Info missing on revised website

Something appears to be interfering with the header for Omaha Toastmasters Club 281. I do not believe this is a local issue with my computer or browser as I am able to view Road 2 DTM Club just fine. 281 doesn't have the Toastmasters International banner on the top. The font for the club name is also different than what I am seeing on the other page. See attached image.

I am also having the same issue when accessing via a Pixel (an android device) using Chrome. Again, 281 has the issue but Road 2 DTM is fine. See additional attached screen print.

Same problem in Chrome - the blue banner with TI branding is now missing on desktop. Funny thing is it is there when I load on mobile (iOS), but when I click on the hamburger menu, I get a message that the site is impersonating kashim.toastmastersclubs.org.
