Meeting Agenda Global Settings Do Not Save

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Meeting Agenda Settings > Global Settings
• Change Global Settings (e.g. "Notify the following people when a member CONFIRMS a meeting role..." from "Club President" to "Vice President Education" and/or Synonyms
• Save > Close

Immediately go back in to Global Settings and everything looks good. However, once I step off the record and refresh screen, my changes are lost.
