File Management Assistance

Hello,

I was doing some organizing in our file management system, and the same files I keep deleting, will not go into the folder I designated, and when I delete them all together, they pop back up again. Now I have duplicates. What do you recommend I do?

Your descriptions are duplicate the file names are not. Look at the download links you will see the file names are different.

I removed a couple of your descriptions that were duplicate and put in the file names.

SAVE after EACH change

I understand. However, when I try to rename or even delete them, they reappear with different titles (the system is doing this). I am trying to put everything into a folder, and for some reason the system is not letting me move these files. I have tried save and refresh multiple times, with no luck. You will see the 4 hanging files still in the folder. Can you remove them please?

Please be specific you have a lot of files there.

Folders are just like named descriptions don't forget the collons in the description.

the 4 contest open house files that are listed by themselves in the member resources folder. I just need them removed because when i try to put them in a folder, they just keep duplicating.

They are all removed. They were all different.
