Login as Site Admin field is greyed out

Hi, I have accessed our club website to update fields but the side bar Log in as Site Admin button is greyed out.
How can I make it so that I can click the link to update the site?
I've been the Administrator for this website for years and it's never been a problem before.

Click the greywd out button and accept the privacy document and log in.

I've tried to click the button but nothing happens - and nothing pops up.
Nothing happens when I hover over it either.

Click the reload link at the bottom of the site.
Click the login
Look at top of page for privacy prompt.

Um sorry , I don't see a reload link at the bottom of my club website - I've attached an image to show you what I see.

Graeme, go to the Meeting Information / Directions page, scroll down to the bottom, read the cookies policy or close the popup box, then reload from server - the link is hidden behind the message. Accept the privacy policy when you see it. Then try logging in again.
