VPE can no longer edit agendas

Yesterday afternoon our toasthost page stopped letting me, as VPE, edit agendas. There are no edit or create icons (see first attached screenshot). I thought that maybe I was no longer selected as VPE, as today I am not getting notices when people sign up for roles, so I logged in as site admin and I find I am still selected as VPE (see 2nd attachment). I then went to the Website Settings and Access settings and the VPE is selected as able to edit agendas all the way at the bottom, and is greyed out (see 3rd attachment). I have cleared my browser history and cookies, made sure cookies were enabled, restarted my computer, logged in and out, I'm not sure why I can't edit agendas as VPE any more. It was working early Monday, Oct. 8th, and then just stopped. I keep needing to login as a site admin to do anything. Help would be appreciated.

I am also unable to create/edit agendas as VPE, and am experiencing the same issues as Carol.

SAME One one of my club sites...
This is a new problem this week on this club’s site

None of the identified officers can edit agendas in the future. IN particular - the VPEducation

I still have access as ADMIN.

We have exactly the same issue - started in the past few days. Works OK logged in as Site Admin, but not as VPE. Tried multiple browsers and multiple PCs. Access settings are correct.
