That is a different Angela, who is in fact a former member. I'm struggling a bit with what information I can share on this support site, but in the interest of putting this to bed, the last name is Tuxhorn. Thanks again for your help. This is the first member I've had this issue with.

You will need to contact Angela and ask her if she clicked the decline link in the OPT-IN email she received. If she did the system deleted her record.

Thanks for the idea. That was my first pursuit. She said she accepted, Toastmasters International support confirmed that she accepted, and we both saw her in our roster. Is there a way to reset or refresh our member list on FreeToastHost?

We are not Toastmasters International, we have nothing to do with their website.
You will need to add her again and ask her to click the accept link in the email.

Interesting. Used to be, as in the previous user I added last month, that after I created them on the International site they would automatically show up on FreeToastHost, but would have a strike-through until they responded to the confirmation email from your site. I can certainly manually create them on FreeToastHost if that is the new protocol.
I apologize for the extended blog here, and by the nature of your responses it seems I have caught you on a bad day/week, but I have been the VP of Membership for our club for the last two years and have added several dozen users in that time, and have not experienced this particular issue. With that, I'll leave you to your ruminations and wish you a Happy Holiday.

We have NEVER had access to any information from Toastmasters International except what is on the club contact page.
