Contact Us form not launching

Our Contact Us form only re-launches our site home page. I became aware of this today, April 18, when a prospect emailed our president saying that she couldn't get our Contact Us button to work. I tested this in Chrome and Edge.

Thank you for checking on this. I unchecked the "hide contact us form," but the form still doesn't launch.
BTW: I cleared my cache in Chrome and Edge before I tested. Does the form work for you?

I'm glad it's working for you. My pop-up blocker has never been enabled. For some reason the link that shows up when I click "contact us" is 1159.toastmastersclubs.org/?contactus+_=202NhZ . When I remove the "+_=202NhZ" from the URL, the contact form comes up. I don't know where this extra coding is coming from.
Since it works for you, at least I know it's not a universal issue. Thanks so much for your help.

Not sure why you added a second contact link at the bottom of your links. You may want to remove that one.
