the link logs you in as the site admin, go to the admin console and change the admin password and save.

1) make sure your browser accepts cookies
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

2) make sure your password follows these rules
Code:
Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers, and may also contain any of the following: _~!@#\$&*-+=

I agree it should, it has before, but it is not working... I've done each step very carefully with the same results.
