I had it for a while and now I am blocked again. My IP is 88.64.200.82.

That is strange as the forum reports your IP as 138.50.142.146, so what is your real internet IP.

We are not blocking 88.64.200.82 or 138.50.142.146

Are you using a VPN, if so stop using it.
