Not receiving email notification from Contact us form

Our executive team changed recently. We updated all the executive members. For Contact us, we set these 3 roles who will be contacted: President, VP of memberships and VP of public relations. However we didn't received the notification from Contact us when a new member submitted a request. Instead our past president got the notification. Can you take a look your log to see whom it sent the emails to from Contact us form recently?

Check your contact address in Club Central on TI. That could still be your past president's address.

If you update that to one of your FreeToastHost officer email addresses, queries generated on the TI website will go to that officer. Even better, if you use contact-8517@toastmastersclubs.org they will be forwarded to the members set up to receive your FreeToastHost enquiries. An added benefit is that basecamp notifications will be forwarded to your 3 Base Camp managers

Hi Pam
Yes, the contact address in Club Central on TI is our past president's address.
Just want to understand how the email notification work:
If we don't change the the contact address in Club Central on TI?
will the notification be sent to the contact address in Club Central on TI and 3 Base Camp managers at the same time?
Or we have to change the the contact address in Club Central on TI to one of the current officer email?

The email will be sent the to the email that is listed. We are not Toastmasters International we have no control over where emails they send go.

Your club needs to ensure that the club contact information is correct and up-to-date.
