That is *not* the link Brian is after. He is asking for a link to the Evaluation Form itself (from BaseCamp).

All these forms were downloaded from BaseCamp by our users for FTH--thanks to our users that contributed to that effort.

Are you sure there is an Evaluation Form for HPL #2? I do not see it referenced for any paths in our data file. Maybe it is the same form as for HPL #1? Could you help us out here and get the appropriate form from BaseCamp for us?

Base camp is undergoing problems as i have many issues with TI since the upgrade. i did a little research and both Evaluation Forms for the HPL are included in the Evaluation Form tab for HPL # 1. It would be great if you could separate them in FreeToastHost.
