This is working again. There was a problem with the Role Description for the 10/13/2019 Educational Session role... it had some bad HTML in the role description. I cleared that Role Description.
This may have just been due to some wonky data transfer. (The text looks like I would expect for a bad data transfer.) You or someone else may have tried to save when the server started a db backup.
