Sudden Blocking of Member emails

Club 584 Robina Toastmasters

Our Club President's private email has been blocked from use. I have tried to reinstate it but presently he can't use it anymore. It has also stopped ALL our members who have a bigpond.com email account to be excluded and blocked in our group email settings - what can we do?? How do we rectify the problem? The email addresses used by our members are all VALID addresses. It has only occurred in the last 24 hours.
They are being assigned email addresses such as noemail-1585196937@toastmastersclubs.org

Our Club website is robina.toastmastersclubs.org

I have attached the error message but part of the message reads :
[Thu, 26 Mar 2020 04:30:10 UTC, FreeToastHost System Warning]

Emails sent to the primary email address [ l.cervetto@bigpond.com ] for Member Lou Cervetto DTM have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future.

If you have any questions about this warning, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org

It is doing this to 4 of our members. Please advise

Hi Jane
Yes, there is an issue affecting all bigpond users (myself included), and possibly others too. I've been in contact with bigpond this afternoon. We think we know the cause. Hopefully we can get it sorted out soon.

Hi @Pam, any update on this? I am a member of 3 clubs and have experienced this issue with bigpond and telstra email domains the last 4 days. I have emailed the Postmaster asking if they could whitelist toastmastersclubs.org . If telstra require any further evidence of instances or you need more support to back you up, let me know.

Whitelisting by a third party has taken place. Just waiting for it to clear on telstra side. They've said it could take 24 hours, hopefully by tomorrow morning. Once clear we'll have to reset bounce counts here. Some clubs will have to update some of their bigpond addresses in membership management

Finally cleared!
I've reset the bounce counts for bigpond users at Robina and Clubs 8924, 3627774 and 2932197
