Our Treasurer was deleted from the FTH site and agenda today in error. She said she was having issues logging in to the site, cleared cache (as another member had same issue yesterday) and she kept getting an error message to begin with and now her name does not appear anywhere in the site (not in former members, past members, current members) and also the Treasurer email for the club officers is completely missing too. I have checked the private member directory, also the Admin site for the membership list, her name is missing, the Undelete People is gray and not an option and I have checked all other areas where her name could appear. (this appears to happen to a few others and seemed to have happened with a recent update). She is Not a new member and checks the FTH site regularly so logging in and out and just today had an issue. I also tried to add her which could not accept on the site either.
The only place she appears with details is in the invoice section (this would be correct for the Treasurer to appear) . She's listed on the agenda now as Deleted Member. When we were trying to resolve just before our meeting this morning, none of us could get into the agenda until about 1.5 hours later (end of our meeting).
Club 654507 Spotlight Toastmasters. We would like to have the member Emiko Tagami reinstated as the Treasurer and existing member. She is extremely active in the club and should not have been deleted.
Here's out it appeared for her General Evaluator role today after the deletion occurred:
