I got this message for a member after she whitelisted @toastmastersclubs.org

Here is the message I got:
bdawso22@ford.com was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information.

Does her email need to be removed from a bounced list?

The bounce count has been reset for bdawso22@ford.com .

However, if it starts bouncing again, it may be blocked again in the future.
