Adding in a new admin

Most of our officers are not able to get into the FTH site now. And the only person that can give permissions to one of us doesn't have decent computer access right now. I am not sure what to do or where to go, even doing this message in a forum like this is new to me. Is there someone willing to help out and give me permission to get into our site? We have been doing Zoom meetings right now but no one can go in and sign up for roles because there are no agenda's entered.
