Not receiving emails from officer email address

Cisco Webex is trying to send me an email via my club's President email address, but it is not coming through. I receive some of Cisco's emails, but not all of them. How do I remove Cisco from a blocklist, and/or is there another way I can access the email? Thank you

Thank you - Cisco could not provide IP addresses at this point, but did provide this info:
The following email addresses should be whitelisted to receive emails for Webex services:
Webex Meetings: messenger@webex.com
Cisco Webex Teams: Webex_comm@webex.com
Additionally you can add: noreply@cisco.com
Webex Communications - gss_optout.gen@cisco.com
Is it possible to whitelist these?

Your site admin can white list those email addresses under Email security on the admin console.

I have checked the provided email addresses against club black lists. I do not think that white listing the provided email addresses will help you in this situation.
You really need to provide the sending IP address(es) to allow Brian to check the server firewall settings for them.
White listing an email address does not do anything with the server firewall -- the server firewall has higher precedence.
Alternatively, if you could provide email headers for an email from the email addresses that does come through (e.g. one sent directly to you), then we can probably determine the IP addresses for the sender from that.
