New member Shannon Reynolds received her email to click on link to add herself as new member to private membership directory. She has 2 emails. We selected one to use. They system drop down box uses the other. When we switch to using the other email it will not let her progress forward. She had been listed as a new member for more than 30 days, so her name was removed from the list. So, we started over again. We added her name, sent the Welcome New Member email which she received. She clicked the link. The drop down box has her email, but she can't seem to progress any further. Can you please help? Thanks!
