Well I think we figured out something. Our default browser is Internet Explorer. I learned a while back that it is problematic and I do not use it unless I have to. I found the other officer was using it to pull up our website and asked her to try Chrome instead. That worked for her. I will check with everyone else in our next meeting and see if this was the same problem they were all having and let you know.
