Missing names from membership management

Hi,
My VPM went into the console and discovered almost all of the names from the Prospect List and Guest List have vanished. What there an update that purged them? Is it possible to have them restored?

Thanks!

No if they are gone, it is because people removed themselves.
The new privacy laws allows for people to remove themselves from the website, there is a link in every email that goes from FTH to prospects and Guest and former members to remove themselves.

Any ways since you never provided your club number we cannot even look for you.

non-member lists should always be considered as *temporary* information that exists only as long as the respective person wants the club to have it.

So sorry for forgetting the club number. I was in a rush. It's 2908799, Stagecoach Speakers Uptown.

I know people can remove themselves. It was surprising that in one week we went from a list of about 50 prospects to about 12. I was wondering if a new rule had been applied that would remove them after a certain amount of time, or if a new "unsubscribe" option had been applied to non-member emails.

Thank you.

Has someone moved them into your members list? You seem to have a lot more members than shown on the TI dashboard.

If people don't "accept" having their details kept on your site, and they don't delete themselves, they will stay on the site with a line through their details and then automatically be removed after about a month. You can resend the accept/delete message during that period

All of the people on the prospect list have accepted being on the site, they have been receiving a weekly newsletter and other communications. They aren't in the member list (we have some former members that the VPM hasn't moved to the former member list yet). That's where my question is coming from. We went from having a large list of prospects who haven't seemed to mind being on our list, some for a few years, to a majority of them suddenly disappearing in the last week or so. I'm trying to figure out what changed.
