I had Noel Dill check the records, and the A records are both already pointing to 50.19.253.265:
GoDaddy won’t let him change the MX record to an ip. It’s looking for a server address. The current server is mail.clarencetoastmasters.com. That’s what it’s been set to for the last ten years or so. Attached are snapshots from GoDaddy.

Your MX record is right

I see 184.168.131.241 in your A record. It should be 50.19.253.65

I switched it to 50.19.253.265 and now it redirects to www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?lWE8
That's not correct. Now what?

The settings look good now. I've done the last step for you (entered the URL on the admin console)
The SSL certificate should be issued on the next pass (I'm not sure how long that takes - I think within 24 hours)

You can still access your site using your club number: 1495286.toastmastersclubs.org/

Clear your browser cache to clear out a stuck redirect.
