Good day,

Our member, JoAnn Hoskin, asserted to me that she attempted to put a note in the agenda section but was unable to see her name on the list. I can see her name on my end. So, I did a quick Zoom meeting with her, she shared her screen. I can confirm her name for some reason does not populate under the list of names in the note section of the agenda to leave a message. Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.

Good day,

I have submitted requests before with that same club number (5499945) in my signature. Specifically, I have not used a zero at the beginning of our club number in the past.

Could that be a reason our members are having issues with logging in or seeing information on our website (i.e., the system does not recognize our club number)? See attachment from World. Does this help with the JoAnn Hoskin issue?

FYI: I just logged into our website with the same number (5499945) noted in my signature and in my last reply. I was able to log in as web administrator using that number, which was determined (see reply to my request) as being invalid.

I was able to log in as JoAnn and post a note.

What Operating System?
What Browser? What version?

Thank you. I am going to leave this JoAnn Hoskin issue. I gave you the information I had and the person is unavailable. I will encourage her to again clear her cache or go incognito. I only know she was using Chrome.

What do I need to do about the invalid club number issue that you referred to in the other reply? I am unclear how a website is active and shows our club is invalid.
