How to allow guests to sign up for meeting roles in the agenda

I am wondering if there's a way to allow people in guest list to sign up for meeting roles for themselves in the agenda in our club website. it seems like the agenda sign up function in the website is only accessible for people in the member list . is it? please advice. Thank you for your help.

Yes, only members can sign up for meeting roles.

Some clubs have a dummy member called "Guest" which they use for roles taken by visitors such as Area Directors.
