I have two members who are continuously do not receive emails and I receive the message " EMAIL was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit
support.toastmastersclubs.org
and post a support request message for more information."
I have checked and made sure the emails are correct in the system. I have white listed them and this continues.
I know the emails are good because when I email them independently the emails go through. But when I try and send an email through our club to all members they do not. I don't know what to do to correct this. I have read all similar accounts of this problem from other users. I have tried the suggestions and they have not corrected the issue. There doesn't seem to be any definitive procedure to follow.
Our Club is The Woodlands Toastmasters Club 6918
The emails that are not going through are;

Please help to correct this.
