So there are a couple of things to address...
Your email posted here does not match the one that is listed for the registered admin. The admin password reset email would go to the email address in the system for the registered admin. We do not reset admin passwords. You will likely need to use the change form since you do not know your admin password and your email address is different than the one in the system.

Just have your club president do the approval so that the admin info is updated to your current email address.
officers-3467739@toastmastersclubs.org cannot be used as a destination address for anyone other than club member (not publicly accessible). Either use a club officer email address (1 officer) which would be publicly accessible or set up a free email account (e.g. gmail or your existing club archive email address) to use with Paypal that does the appropriate forwarding to the different officers using their officer email addresses. Just set the forwarding rule to look for emails with a Paypal from address.
