Email and Admin password reset club 3467739

Hello,
We are currently setting up Paypal for our club membership payments, we have created a PayPal account with officers-3467739@toastmastersclubs.org email address. However, we did not received the verification email from PayPal to officers email id. I am not sure if this working or not, don't know where emails are going.

So I thought of logging to FreeToast as admin for Club 3467739 and check it. I tried to reset the admin password, I didn't receive the reset email for the admin too. Appreciate if you could take a look and reset the admin password.

So there are a couple of things to address...

Your email posted here does not match the one that is listed for the registered admin. The admin password reset email would go to the email address in the system for the registered admin. We do not reset admin passwords. You will likely need to use the change form since you do not know your admin password and your email address is different than the one in the system. www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ Just have your club president do the approval so that the admin info is updated to your current email address.

officers-3467739@toastmastersclubs.org cannot be used as a destination address for anyone other than club member (not publicly accessible). Either use a club officer email address (1 officer) which would be publicly accessible or set up a free email account (e.g. gmail or your existing club archive email address) to use with Paypal that does the appropriate forwarding to the different officers using their officer email addresses. Just set the forwarding rule to look for emails with a Paypal from address.
