FTH not allowing reply email to Toastmaster from meeting agenda email

For our club Menu Masters club 7841095, our Toastmaster of the Day (Pamela Edwards) for July 24th meeting sent me the agenda. I am the VPE and she is the Secretary. She selected to send this email to VPE (me) and selected to send replies to Toastmaster (herself). I received her email and replied back, but got an email bounce back stating “Message not delivered”. This has happened to her multiple times for this club. She has had success though using this function in her home club CLU Expressionists club. We cannot figure out why she is having problems receiving email replies At Toastmaster of the Day for a meeting for Menu Masters. But it works when she does the same function for CLU Expressionists. Can you help?

You have a novel agenda, but smart as our system is, I'm guessing it is struggling to recognise that the words
Head Chef (Toastmaster) is actually the Toastmaster of the meeting.
Try putting the asterisks around the word Toastmaster :Head Chef (*Toastmaster*). No guarantees, but that might do the trick.

Please tell us exactly what settings you are using when emailing an agenda... in particular the reply settings and the options.

Also, we need to see the exact wording of the error message you are getting.

This is for our new club, Menu Masters, 7841095.toastmastersclubs.org/ .

Our Toastmaster of the Day for July's meeting agenda logged into our club website and emailed the agenda using:

1) send this email to VPE (I am the VPE)
2) send replies to Toastmaster (she is the Toastmaster)

As VPE, I do receive the email in my Gmail account. I then try to reply to her email and which says Pamela Edwards (agenda@toastmastersclubs.org).

A few seconds later, I receive an email with a Subject line "[FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: Re: Menu Masters Toastmasters Club 7841095 Meeting Agenda for July 24, 2021". This email came from FreeToastHost Server <server@toastmastersclubs.org> . The message of the email say "You cannot reply directly to the agenda email address. If you have any questions about this, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org ."

The email also as a text attachment with lots of HTML code from the agenda. See txt attachment I just added. Please let me know if you need more details about the settings. This error is handicapping Pamela from coordinating with our club members when she is the Toastmaster of the Day for a club meeting.

2) the correct server emails are server@toastmastersclubs.org or agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
3) The message you are showing, is you trying to reply to a support forum message. The support forum does not support email.

Can you please post the headers for the original agenda email that you received? Typically, those headers will contain a Reply-To header that sets who gets replies (in accordance w/ the Agenda Email reply setting). The only way you could specifically reply directly to the agenda@ email address (assuming you got it wrong here like Brian notes) is if you dropped the reply-to address somehow.
