Printing the emailed Agenda

When an agenda is emailed and the member wants to print the agenda using the Print function at the top of the agenda it comes up as a very plain and non-useful format. Just the role and the members name are shown. Is there some way to have this changed to a different template?

I also note that if someone wanted to print the agenda that is in the email using their computer menus file/print that the output is in a non usable format.

Some of this is related to the limitations of email and not much I can do about it. When I looked at the printing from an email functionality, I had to figure out to get the same print layout to show up as the last time you printed the agenda from the actual website--it should be able to do that for the most part. However, if you have never printed/print previewed the agenda previously, then the system has nothing to go on as a reference, and will just use the default printing functionality. I could direct that link to the print options dialog in the website, but I was looking for a "keep it simple" approach for the print from email feature--let me know if you think it should show the print options dialog instead.

You have to remember when you are looking at the agenda email, you are essentially no longer using FreeToastHost functionality. All of what appears as "functionality" in the agenda email are essentially just embellished links that I have taken great pains to try to make mimic regular functionality as much as possible. However, despite my efforts, the "functionality" in the agenda emails will always be limited by what your email agent/webmail supports and will always be a pale imitation of what is available via your actual website. Even the formatting of the emailed agenda is severely dumbed down--it has to be.

Also, remember that the emailed agenda is a static snapshot of your actual agenda at a given point in time--it will never dynamically update as people take/drop roles. This is why when you click a button to take a role, you may get an email back from the system saying that the role is no longer available.
