my email and club administrator access has been disabled
4 years 3 months ago
I've been administrating our club's website ~ year.
3 weeks ago my email address was disabled. I've whitelisted it in my g-mail setting.
Now the club's administrator access has also been disabled.
About this time our club's previous domain registration administrator changed the domain registration service "DomainPeople" from himself to me. I don't know if this caused the problem.
The second administrator on our website blaxleyw@gmail.com email has also been disabled, I'm guessing at the same time.
Please advise what I can do.
Thanks, Caren

Hi Caren,
So 1st things 1st. We only recognize one website administrator per club, the person that is registered as the website administrator in the Administrator Information tab in the Basic Settings module in the Admin Console. I can see that the website admin for club 646060 is listed as you. If you choose to share the admin password with other people in your club then that is your prerogative, but you will have to contend with the possibility that they make think it is their password and they may change it without telling you. You can certainly mention other "website admins" to us, but frankly we only care about who is registered as the website admin on the website. There are a number of good historical reasons why this is the way it is that I am not going to get into.
Next, I have confirmed that neither you nor the other person you mention are blacklisted by another club--this is relevant since you are using the Crowd-Sourced Blacklist feature.
Bottom Line: I think you should just click the "Forgot Password" link in the Admin Login dialog so you get a link mailed to you to allow you to get in. The link will go to you since you are the registered admin.

Thanks Steve.
My email has been disabled. I am not receiving emails from FTH.
This morning in the Member Login, entered email and clicked on Authenticate/Login. Received response to check inbox, spam/junk. I currently have an empty spam/junk and I've checked other folders. I did not receive an email.
In the Login as Site Administrator, entered the club number and clicked on forgot your password? Received response a login key was sent to the administrator email address on file.
I'm guessing I'm not receiving the Administrator email, as my member email is disabled
Thanks for your help, Caren
