Multiple agenda items with same name

Hello,
I found there are a couple issues when an agenda has multiple items of the same name.
(1) When the role is reassigned to another person, the name doesn't update to all items of the same name.
(2) Sometimes the name doesn't even get added to the later agenda items with the same name, but I don't know if this has something to do with the total number of agenda items (like too many).

I have noticed glitches relating #1 when needing to reassign -- when I noticed this last time, what I did as a workaround was just redo the entire agenda for that day. With #2, it doesn't normally come up because I think we don't usually have that many items; it's just that the template has a large number of items to be flexible, and then when it gets used for a new meeting, it's just easy to use the trash icon for items not needed... rather than having a huge number of templates, one for each scenario.

You haven't provided your club number, so we can't provide a specific response.
My guess is that you aren't using the asterisk notation correctly. Please refer to the repeated and grouped roles section of this documentation:

Thanks a lot! It was indeed the missing asterisks for the repeated roles within an agenda. After changing my agenda template by adding those asterisks, both those issues disappeared. It is rather strange, though, that without asterisks, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
