I'm looking around for the documentation on enabling attendance reporting. I don't see the "Attendance" tab. Just in case it makes a difference, I believe our instance is on a corporate server.

Do you have edit access to the dated agendas?
You will see the tab when you edit an existing dated agenda.
The attendance is only as valid as the validity of your agendas and who ever is appointed to keep the attendance up to date.
