we are having an issue with members confirming their role, then after a while their confirmation disappearing for seemly no reason.
The agenda's that are having the issue are created from previous agenda's that have not had this issue so this suggests to me this may be a new and recent issue.
There are two ways I suspect the confirmation is disappearing:
1) The agenda is edited (by someone who can edit it, and the reason for the change is either to remove a member from a role or add a member to a role) and all the past confirmation's on the agenda disappear right after the changed agenda is saved.
2) Say someone has confirmed their role, after a period of time (it's unknown the exact amount at this time) the confirmation no longer shows, nothing else on the agenda is changed in between that time.
I have confirmed with another club officer (sgt at arms) that the confirmations disappear, and I'm usually the one who is logged in (as a member) and sees the issue first.
