Another Treasurer (Next Step - club 770392) contacted me and let me know that In Treasurer Function - Send Notices/Track Payments - No members were listed. I know he's new so I went and checked my club SCUMBATS (Club 5474) and found that no members were listed for my club either!
Clearly the members are there when you go into the membership area. I tried RESET ALL - but still no members show up?
We'll be starting dues collection process in a few weeks and I really use this feature to track payments and send invoices. BTW I've never been in this area this early in the year - do you do some kind of global reset before "dues season"?
What should we do?
