FTH doesn't have a known bug that could cause this. If there are more occurrences we would need to collect information about actions leading up to the email being dropped from an account in order to investigate.
In addition to each member's profile, email addresses can be edited in the clubs Membership Management panel.
Your club utilizes several member accounts for various club functions. These all have the noemail addresses as expected. Generating a noemail is as simple as entering a member without an email address. One possibility is that your email was accidentally removed during some other work in the Membership Management panel. (speaking from experience; I've done this to myself in my clubs MM panel)
This is likely an isolated event. If it does happen again please note any actions that were taken (or no known actions) leading up to it. (editing your profile, site admin or other officers working in membership management, etc. If something is occurring that causes data in the browser to not save correctly to the FTH servers we'll need to know this information along with browser type and operating system.)
