Hello. This is a member from cincinnatitv.toastmastersclubs.org. Another member said he received an email from website administrator saying he will be at our upcoming meeting in person. We currently meet via zoom. How do I find this apparently automatic email sent by administrator so I may update the information being sent out to our members when they sign up for a role.

Does your website admin edit the agendas?   I'm not entirely sure, especially wrt 'in person', but I'm guessing that these notifications are triggered due to the fact that you have:    
"Also notify affected members of attendance changes made in the dated agenda editor." checked on your Global Settings tab in the Meeting Agenda Settings Module.
