Was the issue that caused the bouncing back to the FTH server resolved??? 

I don't think so. The member doesn't know what happened and is not aware of problems with her email other than those from Free Toast Host.

If the recipient's email issue was not resolved, then this situation is likely to recur.

Yes, I understand this. I suggested that she put the club address in her contacts and make sure her mailbox is never filled to the limit she is allowed. She says she has done both of those those tings consistently in th past. Do you have any other suggestions I can give her?
