Me too - not receiving Zoom verification emails

Hi, I know lots of other people have been unable to receive their Zoom verification emails and the solution is to not use FTH hosted email addresses and create a new email for the club - then get Zoom to change the email on file.

However if possible I would love not to add another layer of complexity by creating another email account - could the wonderful people of FTH just whitelist Zoom?

Here's how:  support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032808951

Thanks

Why don't you just whitelist Zoom?  Your club whitelist is empty.

I am wary of making global changes any more than is absolutely necessary.

I'm having the same issue and have added zoom.us to the whitelist, but still nothing is working. We should be able to use a distribution list instead of a personal email to use zoom. this way when leadership changes the password can be passed to the new leadership team. I get other emails, just not zoom verify emails.

Also zoom won't talk to you unless you have access to emails from them so this is critical.

Thanks Brian, you have fixed it for all clubs worldwide :) (I'm assuming that)

Meanwhile, I didn't know we could whitelist emails on FTH, and if anyone wants to know what email to whitelist for Zoom it is: no-reply@zoom.us

Thats in FTH > Sign in as website admin > Members Only > Email & Contact Forms > Email Security

Thanks again!

Yes, that was added many years ago so that clubs could receive emails from district officers and from services such as Paypal.
