New Members Can't Confirm Roles on Meeting Agendas

We currently have 2 members who have just joined the club express their inability to confirm their roles on the Meeting Agendas on our FTH website.  They say that the 'button' is grayed out so they can't confirm it.  The only thing different about these 2 members is they have joined within the last 3 weeks.  The TI website has been down, so their memberships have not been processed?  I am guessing but just wish to confirm.

There's no connection between official TI membership accounts at toastmasters.org and FreeToastHost accounts. Has your club made new accounts for them on your FTH site?

At first visit the 'Login' button will be greyed out to prompt acknowledgement of the FTH cookie policy.

Click on the login button to get the cookie notice. Once "I Agree to the Policy' is selected they will be able to log into their site account and sign-up for roles.
