Hi, I searched the forum for similar issues in the past and it seems sometimes you are able to do something to help and sometimes the suggestion is to reach out to the user's mail service provider, so I thought I'd try asking about our specific issue and see what you suggest.
A member of World of Difference Toastmasters -- Cheri Merz -- uses the following email address: coach.cheri@metaprosperity.org. Whenever we send an agenda out to the club, we immediately get a message in a pop-up that says "invalid/non-working email address". We can email Cheri directly.
Our Vice President/Membership noticed the following in some error message...
no advertised SMTP server
...and...
X-DKIM-Failure: signature_incorrect
Received-SPF: softfail (
mx203.antispamcloud.com
: transitioning domain of
metaprosperity.org
does not designate 198.54.122.149 as permitted sender) client-ip=198.54.122.149
I'm daft about these things. Does this information provide you with enough info to recommend a path of action for us to take? I saw one recommendation by Brian, on another post in this forum, that "Your email host will have to white list
